Steven Salt had retired from his life of super-villainy. His mask, guns and daggers had been boxed up and tossed in his closet in exchange for khaki pants and comfortable sandals.

That was until he discovered a hastily scrawled letter from his wife, written moments before her death. She hinted at a conspiracy and the daughter that'd been hidden from him by his boldest enemies. He doesn't know his child's name but he knows the city she lives in.
